For the strawberry cheesecake recipe, you will need cream cheese, Graham cracker crumbs, sugar, lemon juice, water, baking soda, and cream. Combine all of these ingredients in a bowl and then combine them in the microwave for about thirty seconds per package. Once the mixture is ready, you will then cook the mixture in your oven at the same temperature that you baked the cake in. It will take about forty-five minutes for this recipe to bake. If you find that your cheesecake is still soft after going over the heat for an additional twenty minutes, you can add another ten minutes for it to bake successfully.

When your cake comes out, you should immediately remove it from the oven. Using a toothpick, remove the core from the top of the cake and then remove the toothpick from the opposite end. On a piece of white bread or a piece of aluminum foil, put a very thin layer of butter. Then place the Graham cracker crumbs in the center of the sandwich. Make sure that the sandwich is lined with butter.

Next, you will need to line a baking sheet with uncooked spinach. Use a toothpick again to remove the core from the top of the cheesecake and then place the cheesecake on the baking sheet in the oven. Bake the cheesecake for about eight to fifteen minutes, checking on the cake at the halfway mark and removing it from the oven once it is done. Once it is done, turn the oven off and unplug the cord from the wall outlet.

Now you will add your homemade glaze to the center of the cheesecake. To create a moist and shiny crust, place three to four tablespoons of olive oil over the crust. Do not forget to turn the oven off once the cheese begins to set. If you are short on time, you can substitute sour cream for the cream in this recipe.

In order for your homemade recipe to come out perfect, it will take at least three hours of preparation time. To help speed up the preparation time, you can use your stainless steel pan or any large non-stick pan. Your Philadelphia cream cheesecake will be prepared faster when you use a hot pan. However, it is also important to note that there will be some loss of thickness with a hot pan so make sure you only place it in the oven for a maximum of ten to fifteen minutes. Once the baking time is up, turn off the oven and let it cool down for about ten minutes before you remove it from the oven.

Final Words

When the cold wheels come out of the freezer, use your electric mixer to beat the mixture until it becomes very well blended.
