How To Make Cheesecake In 5 Different Ways

Cheesecake is a dessert that compromises of single or multiple layers. The main layer is made from a mixture of fresh soft, cheese, sugar, and eggs. The bottom layer or the base is prepared from crushed graham crackers, cookies, or sponge cake. It can be made in a variety of flavors like strawberry, banana blueberry, chocolate, pumpkin, lemon, etc. and makes for a healthy dessert. Here are five different methods in which you can prepare the delicious and fluffy cheesecake.

Baked Cheesecake

Baked cheesecake is an old traditional method. This method is so old that even people from ancient Greece preferred baking a cheesecake. You can prepare a base with either crushed biscuits or with pastry. Adding nuts to the crushed biscuit base can give it the extra crunch. Use a water bath for more lighter and fluffier cheesecakes. Water bath also prevents resultant cracks in the crust. The secret to perfect cheesecake is turning the oven off when the cake is still little wobble in the center. This way, you will have a perfectly baked cheesecake every time.

Pressure Cooker Cheesecake

Baking in pressure cooker is a lot easier than the oven. I personally prefer pressure cooking. The pressure cooking takes less time for baking varieties of cake when compared with the oven. Therefore, you should have a proper understanding of the time difference between the two methods. For a busy working person, a pressure cooker can spare around 4 hours and is a time saver. Just ensure that your baking tin is wrapped in foil so that you don’t get soggy bottoms.
