  • Plain flour – 2 tablespoons
  • Soured cream – 150 grams of cream per milliliter
  • Full fat cream cheese – 375 grams
  • Three eggs
  • Ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground-ginger – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cardamom – half a teaspoon

*If not butternut squash puree, you may choose to use a can of pumpkin puree of the same measure. Pumpkin puree acts as a smooth alternative to the butternut squash portion of the dish.

For the topping:

  • Castor sugar – 50 grams
  • Soured cream – 300 grams per milliliter
  • Half the seeds of a vanilla pod

Firstly, the biscuit base must be prepared. The following are the few steps required to make the same.

 -Step 1: Roast the hazelnuts in the oven, and once this is done, they are to be entirely crushed into dust.
