The next ingredient you need to go for is filling up your cheesecake. A minimum of around two 8 oz packages or 2 cups total of homemade vegan cream cheese or Tofutti or Trader Joe’s brand non-dairy cream cheese is required. Each brand adds a different flavor. So choose a particular brand that can add a great taste to it.

Refined Coconut Oil

Apart from the above one, the next ingredient that you can choose is refined coconut oil. This will soften up your cake, hold the cookie crumb crust together, and help the cheesecake fill firm up. I prefer the refined coconut oil, which has no artificial flavor added else. It will ruin the taste of your cake.

You can even opt for any other alternative, but the best that works is coconut oil.

Sugar

To add sweetness to the cheesecake, you need to add sugar. You can prefer any light-colored granulated sugar. This will surely satisfy the purpose. If you prefer a sugar-free one, then opt for that.

Lemon Juice

The last ingredient that adds taste to your cheesecake is lemon juice. This adds a bit of sourness to it, which balances out the sweetness and acidity of the cream cheese.

Decorate the cheesecake as per your preference or even the occasion. Sober decoration works well on birthdays, whereas simply placing additional Oreos, crushed Oreos, vegan whipped cream, or vegan buttercream frosting will work in all day.

Conclusion

So that was something about the oreo cheesecake, which you can easily prepare in minutes. It’s a recipe that anyone can try and will even be loved by a significant number. Apart from this, you can even make it a healthy one by adding a few ingredients that form your diet. You are all ready to have it. So do give it a try and add a variety to your dessert.
