Keto Cheesecake Factory – A Kitchen Delight Without The GI Diet

The good news is that despite all those low carb diets, you still can have real keto cheesecake. Cheesecake Factory’s choices are severely limited to main dishes, salads, breakfast and lunches, but virtually all other kinds of desserts are on the menu. Cheesecake Factory’s menu boasts more than 250 different items, but many of them are incredibly high in sugar and fats. So, if you’re looking for true food, this is not it.

A good lunch option at the Cheesecake Factory is the Blue Cheese Chicken Dip sandwich. It is a traditional chicken salad with mayonnaise, oil and vinegar. You might want to skip the dressing and add a spoonful of raw chopped peaches and/or apple slices to round it out. Serve up with a bowl of raw spinach mixed in along with your salad greens. This is certainly a “clean” lunch, if you’re going to go that route.

For lunch, the popular black bean burger (also available at the Cheesecake Factory) is made with romaine lettuce, cheddar and bacon (NO bun, please). Place the burger on a bun, and slice the remaining layers of romaine lettuce and cheddar over it. Enjoy! If you make it a habit to bring this delicious sandwich to work with you, ask your officemates to help you order theirs. They are quite helpful and will likely want to try a variation of this classic kraut sandwich while at work.

Try A Variation Of The Grilled Chicken Breast With Your Regular Baked Potato

If you find yourself eating lunch at the Cheesecake Factory all day long, especially during the week, you may want to try a variation of the grilled chicken breast with your regular baked potato. The keto version substitutes the traditional bread crumbs for some ground beef and chicken fat, giving the sandwich a more authentic flavor. Serve up with some fresh corn and peas as a side treat. If you’re not bringing the next version of this sandwich to work, feel free to substitute lean ham for the bread crumbs, and some taco seasoning for the shredded cheese, which is probably already on hand at the factory.

Another sandwich that’s popular at the Cheesecake Factory is the grilled salmon sandwich. Like the black bean burger, this version of the original takes a traditional sandwich ingredient and replaces it with a low-carb alternative. Serve up the avocado and pineapple salad with this tasty sandwich, which is loaded with omega-3 fatty acids and is good for your health too!

Shake And The Beetroot Pie At

A couple of things you absolutely must eat at the Cheesecake Factory are the shake, and the beetroot pie. For years, diners have come to expect the familiar green and red cabbage salad served at this restaurant, and guess what? At the Cheesecake Factory, they’ve been reinvented. The beetroot pie is baked potato salad with beets added for extra nutrition. Both of these dishes are a huge hit among dieters, as they usually accompany a large bowl of cold soup. Combine traditional salad with a tasty soup and you’ll have a satisfying meal that’s also good for you.

Other classic treats at the Cheesecake Factory include the traditional baked New York style cheesecake and the much talked about tuna tartare. Tuna tartare is made with battered, raw fish, battered and mixed together in a tangy tomato and herbs sauce. It’s a delicious alternative to your standard tuna casserole and is made by the Cheesecake Factory with their signature recipes in mind. If you don’t like tuna, or if you’re not a big fan of vegetables, there are countless other great keto-friendly cheesecakes that are great for those on a diet. From cheese wedges to fat free chocolate cake, there are lots of options that are both delicious and healthy.

Wrapping Up

If you want a dessert that will satisfy even the fussiest taste buds, try the instant mashed potatoes dip. It has a tangy flavor similar to a creamy kale dip and comes to you instantaneously. For the dipping option, heat some oil over medium heat, and add in chopped potatoes, onion, carrots, and celery. Stir until the oil begins to shimmer, then place in your blender. When the cream begins to form, pour it in, and blend until it’s smooth and creamy. Add a little bit of sour cream and a sprinkle of paprika to serve, and you’ve got a delectable, low carb dessert.
