  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
  • Zested lemon – 1
  • Egg whites – 4
  • White sugar – ¼ cup
  • Tartar cream – ¼ teaspoon
  • Lemon curd – 1 ½ cups

Lemon cheesecake is a great dish that you can prepare in 20 minutes, but cooking and the entire procedure may take about 5 hours and 30 minutes. Beat 1 cup sugar, sour cream, and cream cheese well in the bowl with an electric mixer. Beat the mixture until it becomes creamy and smooth. To this smooth mixture, add eggs one by one and beat the eggs well when you add them. Mix the lemon zest, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to form a cream, ensure to scrap the bottom as well the sides of the bowl. Spread the smooth mixture on the cookie crust, which is in a springform pan.
