First, crumble the Oreo cookies and then mix them with the melted butter. You can or cannot add the cream part in between. You have to separate them and put them in another bowl. You can mix them with cream cheese for extra sweetness. Now take your baking tray and place the cupcake liners. You can use some cooking spray over the plate before that. Then put the Oreo cookie crumble inside the cupcake liner to make the 1st base of your cake.
Next, you will prepare the cheesecake. Then take all-purpose Flour and eggs. Mix them well. Then blend these two mixtures altogether to make a smooth mixture. Now take the whole mixture in three separate bowls. Keep one bowl as it is white. Add yellow and orange gel coloring in the other two.
Now, with these mixtures, we can approach to baking tray again.
In the baking tray over the Oreo, the cookie layer spread the yellow mixture carefully. Then spread the orange mix. Finish it off with a white blend. Do it very carefully without moving the lower layer while spreading the upper layer. You need a steady hand for that. Check continuously to avoid the blackening of the upper crust. Be very careful about it.
