Ingredients- Oreo Cheesecake

4 tsp butter, melted

24 Oreos

1 cup powdered sugar

2 cups whipped cream

15 Oreos chopped

6 Oreos more chopped for topping

1 tsp vanilla extract

16 ounces cream cheese, softened

Method To Make Crust- Oreo Cheesecake

Add all the Oreos to a food processor and turn it into fine crumbs. Pour the crumbs in a bowl and mix them with melted butter. Mix them finely till they are moistened.

Take a 9-inch springform pan and spread a parchment paper on it. Put the mixture on it and press it down hard to an even layer.

Keep it in the refrigerator to chill.

Start preparing your cheesecake meanwhile.

Take a large bowl. Put cream cheese in it and mix it well with a hand mixer. Form a smooth paste.

Add sugar and vanilla extract and mix it well till it incorporates well.

Now, put whipping cream in a separate bowl and mix it slowly.

Increase the speed to medium flame till the mixture comes in a compact form.

Now, add the whipped cream in mixture and fold it with Oreos.

Take the spring pan out of the refrigerator. Pour the mixture in it and fill the crust with cheesecake filling.

Spread it all around evenly.

Add chopped Oreos on top of it as the topping and press them down.

Cover it and put it in the refrigerator again. Chill it for 4 hours.

After that, you oreo cheesecake is ready to eat. Slice it and serve it to your members or guests.

Instead of whipped topping make sure you use heavy whipped cream as it will give you a good holding of your cake and a strong creamy flavor too. Make sure you use a 9-inch spring pan as normal cake baking pan will not work in it because once the cake is settled you cannot invert it and turn it into your plate as it is a cheesecake. So, be more cautious with its serving. Cheesecake is very delicate to handle so spring pan must be used strictly.
