The Easy Way to Make Your Own No Bake Keto Cheesecake

A delicious recipe that is healthy and a great dessert treat is not hard to create, no-bake keto cheesecake filling. How easy can it get? Here is how to make no-bake keto cheesecake filling and crust.

First, you will need to decide which type of filling to use – either heavy cream or low-fat cream cheese. Then you will need to decide which type of crust to make. I love having the one with a Graham cracker crust so that I have one less to worry about. For the crust, I like using a Graham cracker shell. All you have to do is to mix in Graham cracker crumbs and sugar to the food processor and pulse until you have a smooth and even crust.

Next, you will need to make good quality erythritol with about 20 mg of this sweetener. This should be enough to sweeten the crust, but not too much. It will also keep the filling from melting too much, especially if you choose to add strawberries to your no-bake keto cheesecake filling. You can find erythro but be careful about the type of erythritol you buy, as it is a popular weight-loss drug, and it can cause some nasty side effects.

If you are using strawberries to flavor your no-bake keto cheesecake filling and crust, you can add about two or three servings of strawberries to your food processor and blend until smooth. Then, take a strawberry chunk, place it in your palm and squeeze it down until you are left with a slurry.

Then, use this strawberry mixture to make a paste by pressing the sweetener against the strawberry chunks. Now, you can pour this mixture into your food processor with the Graham cracker crumbs and mix them until the paste comes together into a smooth paste. Then, you can press this paste down into your crust, and you will get an evenly-sized crust.

Finally, you can decorate your no-bake keto cheesecake with icing if you are going to decorate it with strawberries, then use your favorite fruits to decorate the strawberry mixture using any strawberries! Just mix up about two teaspoons of strawberry juice, a teaspoon of lemon juice, two teaspoons of honey, and four to five drops of vanilla essence.

Once you have your crust and filling decorated, then you can now bake the cake in the oven using a pre-baking thermometer to determine the exact temperature for your oven. It should take approximately twenty minutes to bake your no-bake keto cheesecake and ten minutes to bake the one with cream cheese filling.

If you want to bake the cake, then you should take it out of the oven at the exact same time that the no-bake baking is finished to prevent it from getting too brown on top and under. Also, once the cake is out of the oven, allow it to cool down completely before you frost it to prevent your cake from getting too hard and brittle.

Now, to add on the flavor to your no-bake keto cheesecake, you can make a little caramel sauce. This caramel sauce will give your cheesecake that little bit of caramel taste, which goes well with the berries and strawberries.

Another easy way to add to the taste of your cheesecake is to make some whipped cream. You can make your own at home by mixing the milk and cream cheese and a little lemon juice.

After you have whipped sour cream, you can add it to your no-bake cheesecake and then drizzle it over the top before you place the cake back into the fridge to chill. {until ready to serve. This whipped cream will give the cake that extra creamy texture you are looking for. Also, if you want to get that beautiful golden look to your cake, then you can add a little more strawberries to your baked cheesecake filling.
